What's Included?
✔️Weekly accountability group sessions with health coaching. When you have a group to report to and a coach to help track your progress, you want to show up, and you want to do your best. These sessions offer support, accountability, plans for the next week, celebrations and weekly health tips!
✔️Workouts are provided in a youtube video with movement modifications for varying levels of fitness.
✔️Guided Meditation videos are provided for those of you that prefer not to do it alone.

Do I have enough time to fit this in?
This program is designed for the busy mom, daughter, wife, person with a full time job, kids, etc. I will help you find the time. You need to decide if you are ready to invest in yourself and make some sustainable lifestyle changes for the quality and longevity of your life. If you want to make this work, you will.
What if I can't do the workouts provided?
The workouts are designed for everyone. You can always use more or less weight or no weight. Modifications are provided. If you have an injury, message me personally and I will accommodate your needs!
What if the program doesn't work for me or I can't finish?
If you are hesitant, this is normal, I understand. Spending money on yourself is always a hard thing to do. The good news is you can pay a low fee for the first 2 weeks to test it out. If you love it, and I know you will, you can pay for the following 6 weeks. If you think it sucks, and there is no way it will benefit you, I will give you a full refund!
How is this different than the millions of other health programs out there?
* The program is designed to create sustainable, realistic, healthy changes. It was designed with the busy Mom taking care of everything and everyone, in mind. Don’t get me wrong, you don’t have to be a Mom to be busy or to need help with self care. Anyone can join!
* It is not a quick fix. Building sustainable healthy habits takes time. With that comes a sense of easing into it with small steps, building over time into a new healthy lifestyle. So, when life gets hard and challenges come your way, you don’t resort back to your unhealthy habits.
* You don’t have to give up your favorite foods. You don’t have to spend hours out of your day to get the changes you want. You don’t need fancy workout clothes or equipment. You don’t even need a gym.
