The Life Balance Virtual Coaching Coarse Details:
My 6 step process will have you reduce your stress, generate a positive outlook, feel excited and boost your confidence in just 2 weeks of starting!
After the 12 week coarse you will:
You will receive weekly emails that educate you on how to overcome your challenge. You will be provided with tasks to complete, quizzes to take and questions to ask yourself.
I will provide you with personal feedback and accountability via email after you complete each task.

- Learn to Prioritize yourself so you can have time for you and energy for your family
- Create time for yourself without guilt and needing to completely restructure your whole life
- Lower your stress so you can be stop feeling anxious, tense and irritable
- Take back control of your life and show your kids what a confident, happy mom looks like
- Have a positive outlook on life allowing you to confidently achieve the goals you set for yourself without the negative self talk along the way
- Increased energy and motivation to want to spend quality time with your kids, make healthy choices and move your body everyday.
